You must bring valid physical photo ID:
- Passport
- Driving licence
- PASS card or other government‑issued photo identification
Digital copies, screenshots, student cards and expired documents cannot be accepted.
If false or misleading ID is presented, the appointment will be cancelled with no refund.

All appointments require payment of a deposit upfront, to secure your time. Our booking system is provided by Meta (Facebook) and our payment provider is Sumup. Please only book if you are confident you can attend.
You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations within 48 hours are non‑refundable, as the time cannot usually be re‑filled at short notice. Missed appointments are non‑refundable.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

All deposits payments are taken securely through SumUp.
Cash is accepted for bookings with a previously paid deposit.
All outstanding charges must be paid before the session begins.
If you are unwell, have a skin condition in the area to be tattooed, or are taking medication that affects healing or bleeding, please reschedule.
Tattooing cannot be carried out on anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
The artist reserves the right to refuse to tattoo clients for any reason.

The studio is a private, one‑to‑one space. Please arrive alone unless you require accessibility support.
Final design approval happens on the day. Small adjustments can be made; major changes may require a new appointment and price recalculation if price had previously been agreed.
